Altitude Property Management Services was formed in 2015 by Loree Vanderhye after retiring from a career in commercial insurance. Our services are based upon her experiences of living in HOAs and serving on many HOA boards of directors. She has the triple perspective of a property owner, board member, and manager seeking to provide exceptional service for a reasonable cost.
